The second location of this well-known brewery opened in Stowe in July 2016, in order to meet the demand of beer tourists seeking Heady Topper. While Heady is brewed nearby in Waterbury, the Stowe location brews Focal Banger, another popular IPA, and several seasonal styles. Samples and a rotating selection of cans are available.

One of our favorites, and a perfect reason to venture just outside of Stowe. BHAV is the perfect place when you're in need of some serious rest and relaxation during your Stowe visit.

Cady Hill Forest

Right in our backyard, the Cady Hill Forest is your Stowe playground for biking, hiking and countless adventures.  Bikers can hop onto the trails from Bluebird Cady Hill and head to the Green Chair Overlook for sweeping area views. 

Moss Glen Falls

Moss Glen Falls 3.4 miles

About 3 miles north of Stowe Village on Route 100, you'll come across the road that will take you to the beginning of Moss Glenn Falls. Although the trail its not marked, the hike itself is easy for anyone, only about 1 mile long.

Sterling Falls Gorge

Sterling Falls Gorge 4.9 miles

If you’re hoping to explore the great outdoors, Stowe offers plenty of ways to do so. About a 15-minute drive from Bluebird Cady Hill you’ll find Sterling Falls Gorge. An impressive natural attraction, Sterling is roughly a 45-minute roundtrip walk, with traversing gorges ranging from two to 50 feet and views of waterfalls, cascades, and pools. To make a day of it, head approximately 11 miles southwest and make a stop at Bingham Falls, which offers up a dramatic 40 foot waterfall.

Stowe Bowl

Elevated and elegant bowling, Stowe Bowl is the place. Featuring a modern menu and crafted drinks, Stowe Bowl is the new way to roll with a classic.  Lanes are first come, first served, but you'll enjoy hanging before rolling your next strike. 

Stowe Pinnacle

Stowe Pinnacle 3.6 miles

The trail to the top is about 2.8 miles and takes around 2 1/2 hours. It's wooded and offers a steady climb to the rock summit. Enjoy views of Camel’s Hump, Mt. Mansfield, the Worcester Range, and the Sterling Range.
